Job opening for Communication Officer in the Joint Secretariat

The European Integration Office of the Government of the Republic of Serbia as National Authority for the INTERREG-IPA CBC Programme Bulgaria – Serbia in cooperation with Ministry for Regional Development and Public Works of the Republic of Bulgaria as Managing Authority for the INTERREG-IPA CBC Programme Bulgaria - Serbia is looking for the Communication officer to work in the main office of Joint Secretariat of the INTERREG-IPA CBC Programme Bulgaria – Serbia in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Trainings on Beneficiary Portal held in Serbia

Two trainings on Beneficiary portal, for the management team members of projects funded under the First call of Interreg-IPA Cross-border cooperation Programme Bulgaria – Serbia, were held in Serbia, in Nis, on January 17th and 18th, and were attended by 62 participants. Lecturer for the training was a representative of the Managing Authority.

Updated version of the Project implementation Manual under the First Call for proposals - Version 2 enters into force on 12.01.2017. Main part of the changes concern public procurement - pages 15-17, and Annex 14.1.1 - Instructions to tenderers.

Impact Evaluation of the IPA Cross-border Programmes 2007-2013

In year 2016, the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works awarded a service contract for external performance of the impact evaluation of the IPA Cross-border Programmes 2007-2013, managed by the Republic of Bulgaria.

Trainings for the management teams of projects in Serbia

Two trainings for the management team members of projects funded under the First call of Interreg-IPA Cross-border cooperation Programme Bulgaria – Serbia were held in Serbia, in Aleksinac on December 6th, and in Nis on December 7th, and were attended by 96 participants.

Lecturers in the trainings were representatives of the Joint secretariat, the Managing authority and the First level control of the Programme. The trainings covered the following topics:

Supply, installation and tuning of VOIP equipment under Interreg-IPA CBC Programmes, managed by the Republic of Bulgaria

Three trainings for the management team members of projects funded under the First call of Interreg-IPA Cross-border cooperation Programme Bulgaria – Serbia were held in the period 25-30 November 2016.
